At BUYDEEM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium kitchenware. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original product packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure the product arrives safely.

  Ship to BUYDEEM

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
